The results of observation and evaluation are important but how it is interpreted and used afterward is what counts. We use a strength-based approach when observing and evaluating programs to ensure information gathered is used to support the practice of educators, their planning, and implementation of the curriculum. Designated observational tools such as CLASS, ITERS, ECERS, FECERS are used to ensure the reliability and integrity of each program.

Customized Professional Development
We provide ongoing coaching and technical assistance to teaching staff, instructional-support staff, and administrators to enhance the quality of early learning practices by using various coaching strategies. We work in a collaborative partnership with teaching teams to plan, deliver, and debrief instruction and interactions had with children. Each session is designed to provide feedback based on research-based, developmentally appropriate practice as well as curriculum fidelity.
These sessions are offered either in-person and virtually.
